When will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase, and delivery typically takes 8–10 business days. You can track it using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Subsequent shipments are determined by the date of your original order and the defined shipping frequency. You can manage these through your customer area.

Where is kencko made?

kencko is made in Europe and ships globally from our fulfillment center in Lisbon, Portugal. We work exclusively with FDA-compliant facilities that meet all FDA requirements.

What is kencko’s return policy?

If there’s an issue with your order or products, please contact us at ask@kencko.com within 28 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Please note that we don’t offer returns or refunds based on personal preference or taste. All sales are considered final unless there is a problem with the order.
